The Patio Door Guardian is installed using the included hardware at the top of the door, ensuring that children cannot reach and unlock it. Featuring a position that allows your door to stay open up to a maximum of 3” for ventilation, the Cardinal Gates Patio Door Guardian will blend into your home’s decor while providing security and peace of mind. NOTE: Only works on sliding patio doors with the fixed door on the outside and the sliding door on the inside. DOES NOT work on sliding patio doors on outside tracks.

The Cardinal Gates Round Clamp (Model RC) is the ideal solution for installing a hardware-mounted safety gate onto your round banister posts without damaging them. These solid wood clamps are handmade to fit rounded posts 2 1/8″ – 3 ¾” in width, ensuring that you get the perfect fit for your specific banister post. These clamps are sold INDIVIDUALLY, and you will ALWAYS need 2 clamps per banister-side of the gate. Please refer to our Clamp Mounting Guide for further information. PLEASE NOTE: All clamps are natural, unfinished wood, allowing you to paint or stain to suit your taste and decor. These clamps are recommended for indoor use only.
