We offer a basic Ground shipping option to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped in the domestic United States. Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS Ground, including package weight, size, and distance shipped.


Currently, Cardinal Gates only ships domestically to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We cannot ship to PO/APO/FPO boxes or to any international destinations. All domestic orders must be placed with a physical shipping address.


Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours within placing an order.

Since UPS does not conduct standard business on either Saturday or Sunday (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the Estimated Scheduled Delivery Date found on your tracking confirmation e-mail.

If you need an order by a specific time, please call us before you place an order to verify that the item is available and is able to be shipped within a certain period. Cardinal Gates cannot be held responsible for any packages delayed due to unforeseen UPS delays such as “adverse weather conditions,” “Beyond UPS control,” or “Missed at facility.” We offer tracking numbers for packages for reference use only; this estimated delivery date is only an estimate and Cardinal Gates does not guarantee specific delivery dates.


UPS handles all ground shipping for Cardinal Gates. When the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information for your package. On delivery, you will also see an e-mail notification. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Barring unforeseen exceptions, most orders ship out Monday through Friday.

Any packages refused by the customer is deemed to be ABANDONED. All refused packages will be returned to sender at the shipper’s expense or destroyed. No refunds will be issued for any packages that were refused delivery by UPS or any other shipping carriers.


We strongly suggest that you check both your billing address and shipping address to ensure accuracy. From time to time, customers may incorrectly fill out these fields and submit orders. We will only ship products to the address that is supplied. In the case that an incorrect address is supplied, UPS will try its best to contact the customer to confirm a correct address. If all attempts fail, UPS will send this order back to Cardinal Gates.
