ORDERS & RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY: We process and ship items 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. If, for some reason, you want to cancel an order, call us at immediately or during business hours the next day. While we usually process and ship orders the next day, we will do our best to catch the cancelled order prior to shipping. 800-318-3380

REFUND POLICY:  We offer 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. We accept returns of all unaltered items. Just ship the item back to us.

  • Unconditional 30-day return and refund if the buyer isn’t satisfied
  • Valid returns must be in their original condition
  • We do not pay return shipping. All returns must be shipped with the postage/freight PREPAID by the customer.
  • For a refund to be issued, a copy of the packing slip included with the return provides us with all of the information we need for reimbursement. The refund will be issued after the return has been accepted into our warehouse and checked-in.
  • Items missing from shipment: Please contact us with-in 90 days of purchase for replacement components or parts
  • Returns received after 30 days are subject to restocking fees:
    ­○ 31-60 days from purchase 15%
    ○  No refunds after 60 days.

WARRANTY:  Each product comes with a specified warranty. Most are warranted against manufacturer’s defects for up to one year. For warranty related exchanges, contact us directly at Cardinal Gates.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY: Please be assured that your items will ship out within two-three business days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We only ship within the U.S.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. All orders received through our site will get an automatic email with tracking information after the order has been processed. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Certain areas offer Saturday delivery. If you require express or 2-day shipping, please call us at 800-318-3380 for charges.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTSShipping cost is charged at the time of check-out, according to the weight and dimensions of item(s) ordered. All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.

SALES TAX:  Out of state orders will be charged sales tax according to each state’s individual tax laws. In state orders will be charged 4% sales tax.
